A free and easily deployable solution
No more licenses by volume slice or number of users and heavy and complicated software to deploy. Open-Capture For Invoices is a simple, clear and complete full web interface. The LAD open-capture invoice is fully deployable with no limit, no bridging to use.
The engine runs natively on a Linux platform for optimal performance thanks to the best technologies of the moment. It is fully developed in Python.
There are many features that allow the entire accounting chain to be dematerialized:
Automatic separation of invoices without physical separators (control of separation via web interface)
OCR ON FLY: In the video-coding interface, retrieve information from an invoice with a mouse.
Machine Learning: Operator-coded video information using the OCR ON FLY will power engine memory and mechanically increase the extraction rate to reduce manual interventions.
Solution translated and compatible with French and English OUT OF THE BOX.
Numerous control interfaces for verifying public information such as SIRET/SIREN/VAT and address (use of APIs and free public data).
Search for all fields of an invoice using complex REGEX.
