Verifier Module for Open-Capture

Quality control of captured data on structured or semi-structured documents

Verifier is a quality control module designed to verify, complete and validate data extracted from structured or semi-structured documents. Complementary to the Splitter module, it enables quick deployment of IDR processes and adapts to each document type.

A verification module to improve the reliability of captured data

Verifier helps control the quality of data extracted from semi-structured documents as part of IDR workflows. Configurable extraction forms allow fast deployment and work alongside machine-learning features.

Rule-based extraction

Detects data using semantic rules and regular expressions.

Learning-based extraction

Uses machine learning to recognize and extract useful information.

Lasso capture

Allows targeted area selection with OCR on the fly.

Consistency check

Verifies the quality and consistency of captured data.

Automatic validation

Automatically validates documents when the extracted data is complete enough.

Custom forms

Adapts extraction forms to each document type.

Smooth navigation

Makes verification easier through a simple and responsive interface.

Data export

Sends metadata and files to ECM systems or business software.

Extraction forms tailored to each document

Thanks to custom field creation, Verifier makes it possible to design extraction forms adapted to each document type. This approach simplifies intelligent document reading and improves data processing on structured or semi-structured documents.

The interface is designed to provide smooth and intuitive navigation between documents and simplify verification tasks.

Automatic validation and data export

When the completeness level of the extracted information is sufficient, the form can be validated automatically without going through a video-coding step. This logic helps automate more of the processing chain and reduce manual work.

Metadata and image files can then be made available through one or more output channels associated with the form.

  • Export to ECM systems such as Alfresco and Maarch
  • CMIS repository
  • Export to business applications such as Dolibarr, Sage, Odoo and GCOM
